So lately I’ve been trying to decide what I want to do with my life. That’s a pretty daunting thing, if you think about it too much. My whole life is right there and I don’t want to screw it up.
I am currently a student at Redlands Community College in El Reno, Oklahoma. My psychology teacher is having us write a paper about “grit,” how we handle situations, what our plans for the future are and how we are going to make those plans happen. So I have been thinking about it,
What do I want to do with my life?
I am a very indecisive person. I change my mind a lot and it is hard for me to make decisions so I am usually extra careful when making important choices. How hard has it been trying to figure out what I want to do with my life? Very. I have gone through so many different occupations and changed my mind a billion times. From neurologist to meteorologist to nurse I have finally decided.
And it’s not something that I just thought “oh that would be neat job, I should try that”
It’s something that I actually want to do!
So, photography it is. Something that I could do every single day without getting bored. Something that combines everything I love to do, travel, art, people, and nature.
I’m really not the kind of person who likes to brag or make a big deal about myself (honestly I don’t, I hate it) but I feel like I am kind of a natural at it. That does not mean I know everything about photography, actually quite the opposite, there is always something to be learned.
I am working on getting my name out there, wherever there is. I have actually submitted some photos to National Geographic, who knows if they’ll ever be featured, but it’s the thought that counts, right?
So if you want to assist me with my life long adventure called photography, send me an email or message me and we can work together.
